I have been buying or building and selling properties for 30 years. Most of the Estate Agents I have hired were good to very good. Bianca Sciuto has proven herself to be the best Agent I have ever hired. Why is Bianca an outstanding agent, for a start she achieved $80K more on the sale of my property than 3 other recommended Estate Agencies told me I would achieve. Had I made the mistake of listing with the any of the 3 other agencies my property would have sold within 2 weeks for $80K less. Any lazy agent can get quick sale at the vender’s expense, top agents like Bianca who know their market and are willing to put in the extra work and hours are always going get the best result for the vender.
