This was a deceased estate and Bianca kept us well informed through out the whole process. We were never pressured into unnecessary or expensive marketing and given that the sale happened during COVID Bianca handled these complications with ease. Given that the 3 vendors all lived a long distance from the property we were thankful that Bianca took the initiative to follow up a few issues with the local Solicitors. The next question is about settlement. I am not sure what it ended up being but Bianca was able to negotiate a settlement that suited all parties. This is the way that business should be done!
