From the time I first walked into Harcourts at North Parramatta to ask for an appraisal of a Home Unit I wanted to sell the staff could not have been more helpful. Once I decided that Harcourts should be my selling agents and Mr. Bill Baroudi became my contact person I was very pleased with the process. I was taken though all the steps of a sale and so I knew what to expect. The advertising of the unit was mainly by the Internet, but handouts were still prepared, as well as the ‘For Sale’ notice at the front of the building. The photos of the unit were very professional and showed it in its best light. While the unit was on the market Mr. Bill Baroudi kept me appraised of the results of the Open House Inspections. I’m pleased to say that in just over two months Bill had found a buyer. Throughout the whole process Bill has conducted himself in a very professional manner and I would use him again if the need arises.

Bill is a friendly, down to earth, flexible and reliable agent that we had a pleasant dealing with. He has a great knowledge of Granville, Guildford and surroundings areas and provides professional advice and many factors relating to the properties he's dealing with. Bill is also very dedicated to his work and can be very persistent; but sometime a bit of a push is all needed for an uncertain or undecided purchaser like myself to commit to it.
