I dealt with Bill in both instances as a buyer and a seller. I must say he always proved to be a true professional of unequaled integrity. He's not only helped me during the time of buying/selling but also during the years with appraisals and advice. I also must add that at the time of selling I didn't just rush to him but I carefully devised a check-sheet and tested him and the few other agents I spoke to.
