Bill's straightforward approach, credibility and helpfulness was mutually beneficial to me as buyer but also I suggest to the vendor. I consider that his honesty and proper representation in the negotiation facilitated the transaction with as little stress as possible on either side, and was reassuring in a climate where unrealistic positions and false claims often set the tone for disrepute and dissatisfaction, or prolong marketing to nobody's benefit.
