Born in Los Angeles, Bill started in the Real Estate Industry in 1979 in L.A., selling New Homes and Apartments, his first apartment complex that he was selling overlooked the famous round Capital Records building.
In 1981 was the manager of three nightclubs in the Vista Entertainment Center in Northern San Diego, California.
Bill got involved in Timeshare in 1983 in Oceanside, California, after several years in the industry he was recruited to Mexico in 1985 and lived in Puerto Vallarta, and then Cancun working in the Time-Share industry in a Sales Management role.
Bill was recruited to come to Australia as Project Director for the Club Resorts Timeshare chain in 1990, retraining staff and increasing sales by over 250%!
In 1995 Bill got out of the Timeshare game and back into Real Estate & Project Marketing with L.J. Hooker Project Marketing Melbourne. With his expertise, it wasn't long before he was inducted into the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Division of the Captain's Club, also winning most sales of any salesperson in the L.J.Hooker network in the state of Victoria in a specialist market. He was presenting Investment Seminars from his office in Southbank as well as touring Australia doing seminars in other cities and rural areas, presenting to audiences of up to several hundred, explaining how to Invest in Real Estate in easy-to-learn steps.
Bill then opened up his own real estate office in Mooloolaba as Raine & Horne Sunshine Coast Project Marketing.
Bill was very successful and began to specialize in Student Accommodation properties next to The University of the Sunshine Coast, selling over 300 units in a 12-month time frame!
Bill then joined The Raptis Group- Gold Coast which saw him win another sales award, by achieving the number one sales position within the group at that time had 40 salespeople.
Bill joined the Devine group in 2009 and was involved in giving Investment Seminars around Australia focusing on the NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme) program, in his first 6 months selling over 80 homes!
Now working at Project Property Sales listing and selling new apartments & townhomes and still breaking sales records!
Bill has been instrumental in the Sales & Marketing of thousands of apartments worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Providing developers with the utmost in sales, marketing and total conceptual planning.
