Very hard to contact, would never answer his phone or return your call, would send a text message if he wanted to communicate. I ended up getting sellers details and dealing with them direct! Had to wait over five months as they did not have title when listed the property. Has not contacted me since settlement to say congratulations. Would not recommend!
