We chose Bill as our Sales Representative as we have live in Victor Harbor for a long time and we already knew that Bill had a good ethic. When we gave Bill our business it was going o be very tough for him as there were numerous houses that all hit the market at the same time, but his advice and his pricing of our house was realistic compared to all the others that were for sale which were all unrealistic and never sold in our time. He was always on time for the House Opens, great communicator and we found him to be up front and honest. I would recommend Bill anytime to any of our friends for a sale of their houses. Bill was able to sell our house first amongst all the other houses for sale in our street which sat there for a long while even after our sale.. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with Bill.
