Bill Johnston was extremely supportive and went out of his way to help me purchase my property. He provided straight-forward, candid and knowledgeable advice. He is very genuine, which can be hard to find in the real estate industry, and is honest in his approach. I understand that the vendor was his client, however I believe that he worked well to satisfy us both and didn't play us off one another. This has been one of the best purchases I have made through a real estate agent and have come away from the purchase, feeling very positive about the service that Bill provided. I will definitely seek him out again to buy or sell another property.
