I had quite a few questions for due diligence on the property and Bill was very thorough in finding this information promptly to get us comfortable with the purchase.

I was hoping to sell an inexpensive unit to a homebuyer rather than them wasting money on rent but the interest was very low so the professional team were able to sell to an investor
