It was a very easy and helpful process

After some searching, we found our new home - Bill Kordos was the selling agent. We found him to be upfront with the price range (not just a guide price) & very knowledgeable in respect to the duplex he was commissioned to sell. Bill went out of his way to answer our questions pertaining to a possible additional “alfresco area”, history of the builder, features of the duplex as well as feedback from the current tenants.
