Imagine that: You are a non-resident and you inherit property in Australia along with 5 more beneficiaries who live all over the world (Greece, USA) and two of the beneficiaries decide to go to Sydney to sell the property fast. When we saw the Unit we realized that the previous agent has been neglecting it for many years. It sounds like a stressfull and enourmous task and it really is, unless you are lucky enough to meet Bill Koutrodimos. First meeting with Bill: the previous agent was «dumped» and Bill was assigned to the task. We were advised and agreed on selling the property by auction but before that, to do some minor and low cost renovations that were considered necessarry. A few days later renovations were concluded to our satisfaction, a marketing campaign was set up and an advertisment plan was decided upon with the help of Connie. And what a plan it was! I won’t bother you with statistics, but I will just say this: the campaign raised so much interest that people were calling Bill and Connie all day long, only to get their questions fully answered. After a few weeks of intense negotiations and thorough follow up by Bill, the auction day came and the reserve price was set. The people who registered for the auction were numerous. In less than 10 minutes the reserve price was met and the Unit was sold to both the buyers’ and sellers’ satisfaction.
