I have not met Bill personally and how he does it, I do not know - All I know is that he sold my block, advised with the presentation there-of, where to scrape, where to clear etc. took photos by drone. All in a very short time of about 4 weeks, amazing. He was always available on phone or email. He obviously has very good rapport with buyers. He actually delivered more than I expected and I unreservedly recommend him to sellers of bush blocks. He makes the process work.
