Bill was recommended to us by friends and their confidence in Bill and Berkley was not misplaced. We found Bill to be constructive and patient and he worked hard in trying to get buyers over the line. He successfully sold our property despite the subdued market, with a number of comparable surrounding properties still listed for sale. Importantly, Bill did not exert any pressure on us to sell which is a problem with some other agents who are more interested in their commission and not their clients.
