How a chance phone call delivered the right real estate agent to us.

We contacted Bill in April after a family death when executor duties started and the responsibility of selling a unit in the Sugden Glen complex began. He had made a courtesy call to inform of another sale in the block and we asked him to drop by and give us some much needed advice about what we were to expect selling down the coast and what basic things we needed to attend to. Bill also provided the name of a cleaner and a business that serviced blinds. He clearly understood that we had limited time grabs to do all the clearing out. Only when we were ready did he explain and provide all the paperwork and listen to the strengths we wanted emphasised in the advertising. From start to end he partnered us through the 7 months we needed until we could hand over the unit, finding a buyer within the first day and facilitating all the processes required to make everyone happy. To add to all that, Bill is a terrific guy with an immense knowledge of the market requirements.
