Bill helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent communication skills and very good follow weekly updates about all aspects of the process.

From our first meeting through to settlement Bill was easy to communicate with. His knowledge of the market is excellent and I felt his appraisal of the value of my home was the most accurate. He guided me through the process which I appreciated as I hadn't sold a property for many years. As any unexpected challenges arose he was able to assist me on solving things quickly. He was able to negotiate with potential buyers during an unexpected downturn in the market to get a good price for my home. I highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a local real estate agent.
