Great to deal with!

Bill showed us through the house late in the day and I was tired. He was bright and enthusiastic. He gave us plenty of time to ponder the benefits and we were not rushed in any way. Each time I rang him he always answered quickly and cheerfully. If he didn't know the answer he would get back to me within minutes. Each time we met with Bill he was punctual if not early. It was a pleasure to deal with Bill.
