Bill was our auctioneer on the day of our sale; however, he didn't just turn up on the day with little or no prior interaction with us as sellers. Bill came along to campaign meetings during the process leading up to the auction, and he made sure he had viewed the property and discussed our intentions regarding the end result. He showed keen interest, of course, but Bill also displayed a calm manner coupled with great knowledge about his industry. He worked in tandem with our real estate agent, deferring politely and giving considered discussion where necessary. On the auction day, Bill settled us with reassurance and wasn't prepared to start the auction until he had our intentions clear.
