Bill is a friendly caring person who helped me through a potentially terrifying auction experience. He provided me with such a lot of support while at the same kept me informed with what was expected and what was going on. I was ready to delay the action but Bill said the marketing had been done and the buyers were ready so I trusted his judgement and sold on the day with Bill watching and guiding his staff from a video phone.
