Bill is only good if you are either a lical or a purchaser and can offer repeat business. Does not work for the paying vendor however works in favour of the local purchaser and repeat business. It has felt the entire time that he has wirled in favour what the purchasers want as they will also allow him to sell their house after purchase of the new house. Would never use again!!! Do not reccomend!!
