We've been very happy with Bill. We had to sell our family home of 60+ years after my parents passed away. He's always been contactable any time and has even made himself available out of hours on weekends to answer queries and so on. It's also been done with a friendly and helpful tone, which must be tough for agents a lot of the time. The market took a nose dive around the time we finally got the property on the market (major delays were caused by COVID and us being unable to even access the property from metro Melbourne) and there wasn't a lot of interest to start with, but Bill had a Plan B which worked and very quickly there were lots of people attending OFI's, leading to a sale. Despite the market situation, we ultimately sold for a good figure, which is even more important I guess. I would definitely recommend Bill.
