I found Bill to be very friendly and personable during the sale of our home. His communication was outstanding, seen as our sale was off the market, he kept in constant touch with what was going on. He worked hard to find a buyer at the price that we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or contacting Bill in the future.

Honest and pleasant to deal with. He's very prompt and always tries his best to help me out with the selling process from start to finish. Thanks again for your work and look forward to working with you in the future

Bill throughout the sale of my property was diligent with following up communications with all contacts. His reporting to the vendor was detailed and relevant.

Bill Wall is very professional and curteous in his dealings with his clients. An excellent result was achieved at auction. I recommend him to you.

Extremely happy with your professional work, every thing went smoothly, thank you so much.

We had lived at the property for 31 years, so it was a big decision to not only sell the family home, but the memories as well, Bill made our new lifestyle choice and transition so much easier as he really understood our feelings rather than just a "sales transaction". Bill not only achieved our value expectations, but worked with us on the transition. I could not recommend Bill highly enough.

Bill was very professional in all his dealings with us and potential buyers.

Couldn't be more happy with the result Bill helped me achieve with the sale of my apartment. I witnessed first hand the lengths Bill went too which I thought was over what was required from him. I'll be recommending Bill to my friends and family who live in the area if they ever wish to sell. 10/10

Bill was a pleasure to work with as a home buyer. He is genuine, friendly, straight talking, and responsive. Supported both ourselves and no doubt the vendor, through the stressful process of property transaction. Thanks Bill!

Warm and comforting on a stressful day. Highly recommended.

Services are awesome and I will never hesitate to recommend Bill to people that I know. Excellent Services provided and very convenient, efficient and effective .

Bill made the whole process so easy for us to sell our property. He was contactable at any time and always on top of what needed to be done. He also achieved a sale price well above our reserved price. We will highly recommend Bill.
