Not an easy sale but Billie's perserverance paid off for us in the end.

Billie sold an apartment in Caloundra for us on behalf of our deceased father. This was a very complicated situation made worse by us all living in New Zealand so everything had to be done from afar. Billie was very knowledgeable in the legal aspects of what we had to do to be able to sell the property and also worked effortlessly in showing prople through the property around it being rented out through a body corp situation. It took awhile to sell but Billie never waivered in her efforts for us keeping us informed all along the way. Very happy with Bille's service.
