I have nothing but praise for Ben Thompson and Bill Couldwell for the way they managed the sale of the property. In the three months since I first met with them, they have always been truthful, delivered on everyone of the things they said that they would do, and have proven their expertise as real estate agents. Throughout the campaign I was kept up to date with detailed written summaries on the market interest in the property and the feedback that they were getting from prospective buyers. When you've got your home open for inspection and the days go by with you wondering whether it will sell or not, this information provided by Billy is invaluable for reducing the uncertainty and stress. I really valued the many little things that Billy and his team did to ensure that the property sold, they have a high bar and execute to it every single time. After an open inspection my home was always left in an orderly state, I always got a call back to update me on things when the questions came up via the solicitors. However the one that stood out was when returning to my home 30 minutes after the end of the first open for inspection, there was Ben doing a letter box drop in the area. Again, it's the little things. I ended up getting a sale price that I'm happy with. However if you are looking to sell your property and also want the experience to be handled by highly competent professionals that you can trust, I'd highly recommend Billy Couldwell and Ben Thompson.
