Really pushed this bloke, needed to sell to roll the equity out of the house and begin a business. Very short turn around time but he managed to get everything squeezed in without sacrificing quality. I'm a straight shooter and he didn't mess around just told me what I needed to know without the fluff and it was great especially before Christmas when everyone is time stressed. Was there to answer any additional questions I had and got the result needed. Had a friend that worked in the same industry recommend Billy and glad he did, would definitely recommend him to others in the future.
