After being on the market with another agency for over 20 weeks, we enlisted Billy’s help. Right from our initial meeting his professionalism, market knowledge and honesty were apparent. Fast forward only 9 days and we had an unconditional offer on the table. Signed sealed and sold! Fantastic! Only 9 days! Unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend Billy and his team enough, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Billy has great knowledge regarding property and sales. It was a pleasure doing business with Billy and his team. I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting Billy again to sell my property.
Billy and his team are polite, friendly and efficient. Was a relatively easy process with their guidance to settlement. Easy to contact and never left me waiting long. I would recommend the team.
Billy was prompt and reliable Easy to communicate with. would recommend him as an agent to sell or buy.
We had an incredible experience working with Billy and his team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and advice helped us sell our home quickly and at a great price. But what really makes them stand out is their exceptional client service. With the support of his amazing team - Paul, Kira, & Kelly - Billy made sure we were informed and comfortable at every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make the entire process stress-free and easy for us. This was actually our third time working with Billy and he yet again surpassed our expectations. If you want results and next-level support, Billy Jaz is the guy you need to call.
Billy was great and efficient in helping us with this property!

Everything about working with Billy was seamless; he was informative, helpful, and always available. All of his team, including Kira, were easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble. The best thing was the easy negotiation and quick sale! Thank you! We will recommend team Jaz at McGrath Palm Beach
We couldn’t have been more happy with Billy and Team Jaz. Their attention to detail, the slick marketing campaign and just how easy they made the whole process was incredible.
Billy was originally recommended to me by a senior executive at Australia's #1 real estate industry data and research provider. He was the former boss of a close family friend. He said Billy was "the best of the best real estate agents on the Gold Coast". Our experience with Billy and his team has proven this assessment 100%. The entire sales process was seamless, communication fast, relevant and caring. The result achieved at auction went way beyond what market feedback was. Highly recommend!
Billy and team were a dream to work with. Incredibly efficient, genuine and outstanding customer care. Billy was referred to me by a top real estate industry as "the best if the best" for Gold Coast region. True! His market knowledge and skills secured us a sales price that went way beyond market feedback! Brilliant result and experience. Thank you Billy and team.
