Dealing with Billy was the easiest interaction I’ve had with a real estate agent. He was honest, transparent and while he was very clearly working very hard for his vendors to get the best result, he still ensured we felt comfortable and informed heading into auction. I’ve dealt with many agents before, but Billy was the most effective and best communicator - no fluff. He knew what was needed to get a result for all involved, even in a changing market. I’ve had a great experience buying with Billy, and if we were ever selling, then he would be our agent of choice!
