Billy really is an outstanding real estate agent. From the begging and throughout the entire process of selling our first home Billy was honest, enthusiastic and hard working. He was able to give us great tips on how to prepare our home for open inspections and also worked closely with our tenants during open home visitations so that they were comfortable and happy during the entire process. Billy also negotiated well in order to achieve the price my wife and I wanted for our home which was above the market value of the area at its time.
