Billy has been fantastic throughout the selling process. We selected Billy as our selling agent because we saw the great result he has achieved for our neighbours. Billy has kept us informed, in constant communication and provided timely feedback. Was a pleasure and will definitely work with Billy again in the future.
Billy and the team were incredibly helpful and made buying our first home feel simple and straightforward. Billy was professional, cool, calm and collected in all interactions, great to work with, we would highly recommend him.
A big thanks to Billy for making the sale of my unit a breeze. His communication and commitment to the sale campaign was amazing. He is very professional and is an assest to his company. Thanks again Billy. Also a big Thankyou to rich and Oliva.
Billy and the team from Rich & Oliva have done an amazing job selling my property in Croydon Park. The marketing, communication, tenant management and buyer engagement was fantastic! Other than the amazing price they achieved, it was great to see the entire team on auction day working with each bidder to extract the best price possible. If you’re looking for great real estate agents with an experienced team id definitely give Rich & Oliva a call!
Thank you to Billy, Marco & the Rich & Oliva Team on selling our property at Croydon Park. Rich and Oliva and their team we have enlisted them on several occasions on Selling and Buying properties in the area. Once again have achieved great results considering the weather was against on auction day. Billy, Marco and their team achieved great results yet again. John and Maria
Billy is very helpful in organizing the inspections for my house before the settlement.
We recently entrusted the sale of my parent’s property to Billy and Marco from the team at Rich & Oliva. The entire process was smooth and professional with excellent communication throughout. Although the property didn’t sell on auction day, Billy’s commitment and persistence to find the right buyer and get the price we wanted was outstanding!
Billy sold my property in less than 24hours of it going live in market at the full asking price! He had a fantastic knowledge of the area and local people property market, and along with his constant communication with me, I was extremely happy with his service and professionalism. Thank you!
Thank you to Billy, Marco & the Rich & Oliva Team on selling our property at Croydon Park. From the outset Billy & Marco were attentive, informative, and welcomed our questions and feedback into the overall marketing of our family home. The auction outcome was very pleasing. We would recommend Rich & Oliva to those considering selling in the Inner West. Patricia & Murray
Great agent! Billy worked tirelessly to expose my property to a large number of buyers. His professionalism and communication was outstanding throughout the campaign. Most importantly Billy and the team achieved a fantastic result on auction day!
We recently sold our home through Rich & Oliva and wanted to take this opportunity to complement Billy who along side Marco and his team we believe was a major contributor to the great success that we all achieved, together from day one Billy paid particular attention to our goals and values and was very good at not only remembering small details we had mentioned but also picked up one quite a few positives that we could present our potential buyers and through out the entire campaign Billy was constantly confident and reassuring that we would achieve a good outcome Billy came forward with several potential buyers even outside of the scheduled openings which is a testament to his strong work ethics and his communicative ability with both the buyers and ourselves was truly a pleasant but also reassuring situation as we found ourselves with strong but honest opinions as different situations presented themselves. Billy thank you so much you are a terrific person and valuable part of the Rich & Oliva team and it would be our pleasure to work together with you for any of our future property transactions.
