Contacted Billy to sell my block of land and from the get go I was very comfortable with his knowledge of the current Gympie land market. Was fast to get it to market and at the price I wanted it listed at. At no time did I ever feel that he nor his team were putting their interests in getting a sale ahead of me getting a sale at my price. Had a contract at full asking price within 4 weeks, however this fell over due to the banks, but within 2 weeks another offer was made and accepted. This contract went to settlement with a few delays but again due to the banks and through out this time Billy kept on the case to keep it rolling and to get things settled. I was kept up to date all the time either by himself or one of his team. In the end I sold the block and got the money I wanted and that was thanks to Billy and his team. If I have to sell or buy property again he will be the first I speak to.
