Upon my initial contact with Billy we arranged a site visit for the sale on a Saturday morning and agreed on a price range, signed the contract on Monday by Thursday Billy had secured a contract for the sale within the higher price range we had discussed, I provided my solicitors details and the rest was smooth sailing, I received an email outlining the process and Billy always followed up with a personal phone call during the settlement period and again shortly after settlement. I found the independent auctioneer a great idea and the auction rooms were quite professional . The inspections before hand were handled in a good way and Billy understood our position . After the sale all was handled in the proper way and Billy and his team has made it easy for the deal to proceed .
