Looking to purchase a home under timing constraints and with a limited budget. I was skeptical as had recently had dealings with an agent who was less than honest and had his commission only as his priority. My cynicism was quickly dispelled with Billy who was genuine and open and held the vendor's interest and mine above his own. I put forward an offer and pointed out that I was absolutely not interested in getting into any bargaining games. Billy rang me at 9:15 that night to tell me that the vendors had accepted my offer, less than 24 hours after initially seeing the property on the internet. I was thrilled, and especially grateful upon finding out that Billy had been all the way to Richmond (from Ferntree Gully) to visit the vendors and put my offer forward, he certainly went "the extra mile" (no pun intended!). I have since discovered that Billy sold a house to a girlfriend who was also supremely delighted with his negotiation skills, follow up and service. No hesitation in highly recommending Billy (he is a star). Would also like to mention if you are considering renting or renting out, his property management team (especially the divine Sarah Fisher) are wonderful, again exceptionally communicative, happy to assist with anything (nothing appears too difficult) and again, put their client's needs first. A sheer delight to deal with.
