Binh was able to give a broad view of what the market situation is like and his prediction of our property value. We started the process pre-lockdown and then lockdown happened which made the process 10 times more difficult. Binh and Julie had been so understanding and very helpful and was able to micro-manage some of the tasks when I was no where near my property. They were able to organise tasks such as replacing the taps, organising cleaning services and removal of furnitures which I was not able to do due to the lockdown restrictions. I cannot emphasise enough how helpful this is to me and my partner. Binh and Julie have also been very upfront and very transparent with the cost and stay true to them which is something I really appreciated as well. Overall, I am very happy with their services.
