What made this result particularly impressive was the amount of competing stock already on the market. Several similar apartments in the same complex and nearby had been sitting unsold for months, including a comparable three-bedroom plus study apartment that had been listed well before ours and was still on the market after our property sold. Despite those conditions, Binnie and his team generated interest quickly, secured an offer, negotiated strongly on our behalf and had the property sold in a very short period of time.
