We can not recommend Natalie and Alannah more highly. This is our second dealing with Nat. First was the sale of our property 5 years ago and this time, we purchased through Redfox. Nat and Alannah kept us up to date throughout the process and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. Whether you are selling or buying, Redfox is a great option.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Nat on the sale of our home. She offered valuable advice and insight into the market. The entire process was easy and stress free as she guided us through each stage. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nat, Alannah and Zoe to anyone wishing to sell in the Bedford area.
We were told in advance that selling our house with Nat may even be a fun experience! Turns out it actually was! Everything went to plan, nothing went wrong and we had a good laugh along the way. Nat was always available to us and we would thoroughly recommend her services.
Natalie sells lovely character houses that are styled to perfection! I was lucky to purchase a property that she was selling. The service provided by Natalie and Alannah was excellent. Both friendly and helpful during the process!
Natalie was great, very knowledgeable, knows the market and gets the job done.
Nat & Alannah were a pleasure to deal with. Nat clearly knows the area very well, and they made the entire process easy and straightforward. I had multiple offers over my desired asking price less than a week after going on the market. Once the contract was signed, again they took care of everything. Very smooth process from listing to settlement. Would highly recommend.
Nats experience and professional approach wins every time.
Natalie and Alannah were both very wonderful to work with. When we viewed the house Natalie was selling, we asked a lot of questions. She's very warm, friendly, has an awesome in depth knowledge, very transparent and honest. She kept us informed with the process and was very responsive. You know she is the expert in her field. We had a small hiccup on the seller's end, but Alannah was very responsive. Both of them made the process very easy for all of us to decide whether or not we made the right choice. We did and we're very happy with it. Thanks ladies!
By following Nat’s and her teams advice and instructions; the property was well prepared, and as the property was sold at the first viewing, well presented. Nat and her team have a quiet, unassuming very professional demeanour whilst retaining a personal touch that enabled easy interaction and certainly made the process a lot less of an issue than it might have been. The questions that I did have were minimal and pertinently answered after the Red Fox team had finished explaining what the sales process was going to be, what was required of me along with what would occur if different scenarios played out during the sales process. To sum this up; Whilst I’m more than happy with the Red Fox team’s performance, I would fight to get the Red Fox team to manage any further real estate matters that may arise. Or I’d wait until they could get around to my property issues if they were too busy at the time.
Natalie from Redfox What can I say simple the best In fact Natalie sold our home twice and both times in the first weekend ! first time last year she sold but unfortunately our end fell through We decided to leave it a whole year we called Natalie and said we are ready to go again and she sold it on the Saturday very first home open Can’t thank her enough Redfox is professional to the highest degree Kept up communication at all times And got the job done. Redfox marketing is also of the highest standards her video on YouTube to the staged home experience and even Redfox unique for sale signs are a great touch and shows how red fox has the finer details when it comes to selling your home. To note Alannah helps Natalie meticulously And makes it all look easy thank you Natalie & Alannah and Redfox real Estate
