Natalie and Alannah were both very wonderful to work with. When we viewed the house Natalie was selling, we asked a lot of questions. She's very warm, friendly, has an awesome in depth knowledge, very transparent and honest. She kept us informed with the process and was very responsive. You know she is the expert in her field. We had a small hiccup on the seller's end, but Alannah was very responsive. Both of them made the process very easy for all of us to decide whether or not we made the right choice. By following Nat’s and her teams advice and instructions; the property was well prepared, and as the property was sold at the first viewing, well presented. Nat and her team have a quiet, unassuming very professional demeanour whilst retaining a personal touch that enabled easy interaction and certainly made the process a lot less of an issue than it might have been. The questions that I did have were minimal and pertinently answered after the Red Fox team had finished explaining what the sales process was going to be, what was required of me along with what would occur if different scenarios played out during the sales process. To sum this up; Whilst I’m more than happy with the Red Fox team’s performance, I would fight to get the Red Fox team to manage any further real estate matters that may arise. Or I’d wait until they could get around to my property issues if they were too busy at the time.

Natalie was a professional and easy to deal with. Natalie really helped us, and answered all my questions well. As an example of Natalie's commitment, I had an issue with my landlord and ending my lease early in order to buy my house. Natalie was helpful in giving advice, and putting me in contact with a property manager to assist me. There was a padlock on a gate on the property that we did not have the key for, and Natalie arranged for someone to break the lock for us (no charge!)
