We recently bought a property via the agent Red Fox. Both Natalie and Alannah were extremely professional, genuine and efficient and nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond what we expected and gave excellent advice on issues that arouse unexpectedly. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Red Fox and would definitely use them in the future.

When I was looking around for an agent to sell my home I was unsure where to go. I knew the companies that worked in my area but I felt that I needed a fresh approach, and even wondered whether I should sell it myself. Thankfully I saw a sign for Red Fox and looked into the agency further to see it was Natalie’s new company. Once we met her and listened to her take on the market, how she thought my property could be marketed, and most importantly her passion for her work, we knew we had found our agent. Everything was so easy once we signed the listing agreement. We were one of Natalie’s many sellers that received multiple offers, and she took the time to work through that process with us to make sure we got the offer that was right for us. Thank you so much Natalie and Alannah.

Nat and Alannah have been nothing but amazing. Professional and friendly throughout the whole selling process. Would recommend ten times over!

As first time home sellers, Natalie made us feel informed, empowered and at ease throughout the entire process. Natalie's marketing campaign is beyond amazing. We had multiple comments on how her bespoke advertising approach was both refreshing and captivating to our target audience. We listed our house during the COVID period and with reduced numbers able to come through for home opens, Natalie and her amazing second hand Alannah, were very accommodating and professional, extending home open times to ensure we captured all potential buyers. We couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Nat and Alannah and would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Highly recommend Natalie and her staff to any potential vendor or purchaser. Natalie is a knowledgeable supportive agent. She has a good understanding of clients needs and works well with all parties to achieve a positive result for all concerned.

Natalie is an amazing agent and we were blown away by her attention to detail and fresh approach to marketing and approach. We had an amazing result after a number of failed attempts by other estate agents. Her knowledge, experience, honesty and professionalism is above and beyond and would fully recommend Natalie to anyone looking to sell or purchase.
