Over the years I’ve engaged real estate Companies and their representatives (including private sales) to manage buying and selling houses. None match Nat - her expertise, work ethic, knowledge of the area and her honesty were exemplary. By honesty I mean Nat gave an honest appraisal about the property’s worth (I didn’t like some of It) but she was spot on ! It sold very, very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for Nat and the wonderful staff at Bellcourt.

For us the journey of selling our house started at the end of 2018 and we didn't get an offer we were happy with until January 2020! This is no reflection on Natalie, the market was not great and we needed to meet a minimum sale price to make it worthwhile for us. A year later at Christmas 2019 we had resigned ourselves to staying on and we had taken the house off the market. But quietly, behind the scenes, Natalie continued to put our property forward to buyers she felt were worth a try and she continued to follow up with previous viewers. I believe Natalie is not an agent that provides an appraisal with the sole view of fixing a high price to get a listing. I found that she provides a detailed explanation from the start of why she advises on a price and I have found that to be accurate and often exceeding that base. When you are selling a property, you don’t need any unwelcome surprises that you need to work around later. I definitely recommend Natalie if you are looking to sell your property or just for a friendly ear on anything realestate.
