We spoke to Nat every 6 months or so for about 3 years with our plans to ‘maybe, maybe not, should we sell, could we sell’. When we finally got around to it we’d already had comprehensive support and information about what to do and expect, which was invaluable. We'd been seriously house hunting for 18 months and offered on four other houses during that time. We'd become wary due to our negative experiences with other agents.
