After doing my research on real estate agents, Nathan Hunt rated the highest in my area and after selling my house within a week of going to market I definitely picked the right agent. He was very professional and kind and his communication was second to none. I would absolutely recommend Nathan Hunt to anyone that is looking to sell their property.
Nathan has been nothing but helpful since my initial dealings with him over a year ago about possibly selling my property and what was needed to proceed. During this time we proceeded to sale and this was done in record time with everything running smoothly. Thank you for a seamless experience, looking forward to settlement and new beginnings.
We are extremely happy with our purchase, and Nathan has been really great to deal with, helping make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Nathan has been very professional throughout the process. All queries we had regarding the buying process and the house were answered in a timely manner.
Realistic and committed come to mind when describing my experience with Nathan and his team. His knowledge of the area and professional experience stood out from the moment we discussed selling my property. His communication was second to none and he worked inspections around my busy schedule. Thank you Nathan and team, for helping make this process as easy as possible. You have a genuine connection with people because you're authentic and sincere. You found the right buyers who I know I will love their new home and neighbors as much as I did.
Nathan was friendly and thorough with the process. He was good with the process description and things to expect ahead. Very patient with us in answering to our queries. This was our first sale, so probably we had asked a lot of questions He had been quite well-known in the area and knows the suburb. He is professional and handles the situation quite well. However, the expectations set at the very start were high (realistic and the figure was shared by him) and he kept on asking us to reduce it. Even the sell price was way lower than the expected price window. The communication and campaign feedback throughout the process did not meet the expectations we had initially agreed. The process felt more like a transactional sale rather than a consultative one.
Nathan helped my partner and I purchase our first home. He was very attentive to messages and phone calls, easy to deal with and very honest. Thank you for everything you have done for us Nathan !
