Nathan was easy to talk to and straight to the point. He is not "cocky" as some other agents can sound like. His negotiation and communication skills are exceptional and he knows the market very well. Highly recommended! Thanks Nathan for the quick sale of our property.. And it was simply no hassle.

Nathan is a highly motivated individual who is extremely passionate about his job. He always had time to talk to me, regardless of what time of the day it was. He sold my property in under a week with the result I was after. Nathan always updated me with progress after open for inspections. A true gentleman who went above and beyond for us. I can truly say we were proud to do business with him and would recommend him to everyone we know! Thanks Nathan!

As most people do, i too did some research online to find glowing reviews of Nathan. As selling a house is one of life's most sizeable investments, getting the right person on your side becomes critical. Now as all things online, i have a belief that treading is required with some caution, and when things seem to good to be true, they often are, but not in this case.......... After a phone call directly to Nathan, he was very considerate and asked what felt like very measured questions, ones which allowed him some insight into my requirements without being over bearing. He focussed on my needs not on "the sell", which i must admit i was half expecting, but i was wrong. After a 10 minute conversation, i was comfortable for Nathan to come over and progress the conversation in a slightly more comfortable surrounding. During our meeting, Nathan revisited our previous conversation and delved a little deeper with his questions this time. He spoke of his value proposition being one of local knowledge and an extensive network of both buyers and sellers. I was suitably impressed with the fact that he was able to produce a bunch of documentation including comparable sales, analytics on market trends and a list of potential buyers already in his network. Clearly he had done some homework on our property and had come prepared for a much more thorough conversation than i had anticipated. At this point i had witnessed enough to feel more than comfortable and hired Nathan as our sales agent. Over the next few days Nathan had brought out his colleagues to view the house and look to tap into their networks also, i found this to be a refreshing initiative, i am so used to isolation in sales environments, was great to see the Sweaney boys collaborating. Within a day we were receiving calls and setting up viewings from prospective buyers from previous engagements. Within two weeks we had sold the house. Couldn't be happier with Nathan, he works tirelessly.

Nathan was unbelievable & professional from day one. He did everything thing he could to keep us happy, he gave us great advise along the way and was always honest. He was always in contact with us to let us know where we were at and what was going on. Couldn't have asked to deal with a better agent. Really was a pleasure dealing with you. Thanks again Nathan.

Nathan and the whole team at Sweeney were awesome. Customer Service was fantastic, great follow up, best knowledge of C.S. and overall the best agent I have used to sell my houses (also to buy from too).

Very satisfied with Nathan's knowledge within his field and his professionalism. The settlement of the house was smooth and easy. Would recommend Nathan to our friends
