Bjay sold his agency to us as the top in the region although I am not sure of the criteria. He does have knowledge of the local area. Communication was poor, they did not deliver on their promised communication plan. Most of the updates we received were as a result of our chasing. I don't feel our sale was high on their list of priorities until we lowered the price and gave notice that we intended to switch agents. Admittedly we were asking for a premium price but Bjay knew this when he agreed to take the job on. Whilst I am sure some people will have had a great experience with Bjay and his team, but ours was average at best.
