Bjorn was very personable, helpful and professional. We were very happy with his services. Unfortunately he went on holidays at the beginning of our campaign (which we were told was a couple of days off) however it was for longer than that and we were shunted over to Mike. Mike was good and like Bjorn he did what was expected of him. We were a little unhappy about not being told the complete truth that we were basically being handed over to Mike. It would have been better if we knew how long Bjorn was going to be away in the first place. Also I don't know whether removal of the sign out the front was up to your agency or the purchaser however every time we went past the house in the weeks after we moved out the for sale sign was half out of the ground and then flat on the ground. It was a little disappointing to see this - hardly good advertising for your company.
Bjorn was very nice agent, it felt my house settlement went very smooth without knowing. He is a very approachable person and act on problems quickly. I did had some issues when the vendor left me with a shock after i got the keys, I enter the house and it was a mess he left every junk he could for me. However, Bjorn was as shocked as i was and he helped me as much as he could to clear up the mess. He himself took a lot of vendor's shit. He managed to arrange me a cleaner for a bit of cleaning and paid someone to collect the rubbish the vendor left behind. Overall, he is fast acting and very professional to his tasks and responsibilities. One more thing he surprised us with the holiday hotel booking package which my kids are really excited about. I will contact him again if i need to in future for more property.
