He facilitated the sale of our house and the purchase of our next house, and was always happy to answer any questions we had. He was proactive and creative when it came to selling during CoVID restrictions, and we sold for our asking price during an uncertain period of time. On settlement day Bjorn not only came down to sort out keys between our old house and our new house, but he pitched in with cleaning, moving furniture and boxes, even transporting some fragile items in his own car! Thank you Bjorn for helping us buy our first home. Bjorn is very friendly, knew the realstate market very well and replied back to us promptly if we had any questions. There are 2 things , we are really disappointed at: 1stly, drainage flange was not repaired in each bathroom which we requested despite taking our signatures that it will be repaired before settlement !!!! Bjorn tried and avoided my questions twice when i requested for pictures. Secondly , we were very excited for our settlement and key handover day - since this was gonna be our 1st home and expected some courtesy gesture while entering into the house but Bjorn was not available for the day as a result of miscommunication from his side and instead key was just left at the door inserted by one of his boss and left the site because of the no touch/ social distancing issues . We understand amid corona crisis, these are rules to be followed but c'mon simple courtesy gesture such as a flower inside the house ?? Or asking us we wanted to take a picture infront our 1st house ... or ..Anything. .. would have been much appreciated but no..his boss showed us where the key was and then he left .. Felt very disappointed....
