Bjorn spends a creditable amount of time to get to know the seller, set out all the guidelines and make sure that all necessary details have been addressed and understood. His knowledge of our area was excellent. His attention to detail re presenting the house for a photo shoot and later for open inspections, was very detailed. We were phoned following each open inspection to be brought up to date with the current details. All persons who attended open inspections were followed up by phone to obtain any helpful information regarding their inspection of our house. Bjorn is personable and open and definitely has the house seller's best interests at heart.
