When the Government announced the changes to SMSF lending to purchase properties, my husband and I went back and forth as to whether we should sell our investment property. When we approached agents that were from the real estate that our properties were managed through, we were essentially told we had missed the boat for a sale prior to the August deadline. When we called Nick initially, he was very optimistic that we could meet the deadline and get a great price for our property and asked us to trust him.
