Nicky and her team did a excellent job in first informing me as to how to sell my property, and what improvements would bring in top dollar, secondly after the property was listed she/they kept me informed totally as to the progress of the sale (ie the opens, the calls to potential purchaser after the opens) and thirdly when we had the contract signed ( after 3 opens and in 4 weeks) It was never job done, I received regular follow up calls to settlement date.
