Nicole and her team present a positive proactive approach and develop adaptive strategic options for sale of properties

From start to finish Nicole kept us fully informed, arranged everything in a timely manner and most importantly, sold my unit for more than we were expecting.

I have worked with Nicole Bragg in selling properties previously. Some that were a genuine hard sell and other agents couldn't deliver within time constraints and budget requirements. Nicole has always been a Godsend because she knows the market so well and she has a database of potential clients and she is able to match property owners and buyers wish lists and she more than delivers on every parties' needs. This time round I wasn't a seller anymore and I can say as a buyer Nicole delivered exceptionally with what was on my wish list as a home owner. She chose to work with me in gaining a property that I could call my home. I am now middle-aged I chose low maintenance, good location and security as well as 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with garage and we achieved this within my budget while providing more than satisfactory quality. I am incredibly grateful for someone that actually took the time to understand me and my lifestyle and my expectations from a forever home.

Nicole was able to secure a great buyer for my property, and was able to get the highest record sale for the complex at that current time. Highly recommend to entrust your property to Nicole and her team.

Nicole was amazing! Selling our house with Nicole was seamless. From price strategy, through to house photos and potential buyer interaction, everything was professional, polished, yet personal. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to sell their home.

From the moment I showed interest in purchasing the apartment Nicole was so accommodating and genuine helping me through the process. I was very impressed by the up to date notifications of my first viewing and the seamless procedure. Not once did I feel I could not ask questions or there was never any pressure about the purchase. She was always a phone call away and very welcoming. Thank you Nicole!

Nicole's knowledge of the local market was insightful and as a result got us a price within reach of our expectations. I purchased over 20 years ago and no other agent in the area was able to come close to what we wanted. And selling with restrictions associated with COVID didn't help. Very pleased with the result
