Thank you Nicole and your team for guiding me safely through the real estate minefield. Your knowledge, experience and support helped Me secure my lovely unit.

Nicole and her team were extremely helpful in the purchase of my new home. Nicole provided fantastic service and assisted me greatly by providing honest and professional advice during the offer and settlement periods. When additional viewings of the property were required following the Building and Pest Inspection, Nicole made herself available at an un-godly hour two days prior to Christmas. I could not have been happier with the service she provided and will definitely use her services in the future.

Nicole was very helpful and quickly addressed all our questions and concerns. We heard nothing but praise about her from multiple people in the industry which made us more comfortable buying our first house. Our trust was not misplaced and we couldn't be happier in our new home.

Every aspect was conducted in a professional manner.

We got in contactact with Nicole prior to renovating our property at 1 Garnet street Smithfeild as Explore Property came highly recommended by some friends of mine . With Nicole’s knowledge of how to get the property to the market looking amazing without overcapitalising on our renovation was very important to us and Nicole certainly deleviered . Nicole and her team recognised the vision we had with the property from the beginning and they are all very professional and informing . Our property sold after just 3 days for a price well beyond our expectations due to the marketing and knowledge of Nicole and her team at Explore . We will be forever grateful and look forward to using Nicole on our next Sale . Thank you All Explore

Nicole Bragg sold my daughter’s property after she passed away through the sale. She handled every part of the sale and allowed us to grieve. This young lady is an absolute true professional.

I found Nicole Bragg was excellent in looking after my property. Nicole is very professional in her approach to attending to the process of selling and completing the sale. I cannot speak of the sale experience of the property and Nicole high enough I would recommend Nicole for her attention of detail Nicole goes beyond and is exceptional also in her Caring ways, always rang me regarding inspections to my satisfaction. Nicole and her team were one of the few agents who promptly replied to our enquiries and facilitated house inspections to fit around our tight schedule. Once decided on a property of interest she was able to establish excellent communication with the seller to arrange a purchase price that satisfied both parties. During settlement and post settlement Nicole and her team were always available and provided extra information in regards to the property and the local area. If we were to ever sell the property, we would get Nicole to do it for us.
