We have dealt with a number of real-estate agents over the years, both buying and selling property. While I hold some in high regard (and some are useless) non can hold a candle to Nicole. Her drive and follow through and ability to solve problems on the go are second to none. She got an offer which was above our expectations, in a time frame that was above our expectations, and then followed through to a success settlement. Even though this meant somehow getting a tiler to attend our property to replace a tile that had broken as the ex tenant the moved out. (we struggled to find a tiler that would come in 3 months let alone next day). Nicole's knowledge, attitude, connections and drive make her second to none in my experience. Highly recommended.

Our vendor experience with Nicole was professional yet personal we trusted Nic in her market knowledge and felt looked after at all times. We will definitely recommend her and her team and will not hesitate to use her again.

From the first day I met with Nicole and her team they were amazingly professional and the communication was excellent. Nicole's marketing strategies work every time. Trust in the process and you will get the result you want. I never doubted Nicole for a minute....her enthusiasm and knowledge of the industry and the Cairns real estate market is incredible. Thank you Nicole.

Nicole is a reliable and proactive agent that has the right recipe for selling houses. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicole if you are considering selling your home. You will be in good hands!

Because I purchased house SIGHT UNSEEN, Nichole helped me to be confident with my purchase & was there if I had any questions....& I wasn't disappointed. I love my new house & would recommend Nichole to all.

Nicole is definitely the best in Cairns. My studio was sold before the first open and for a record price for the unit complex. Other agents might charge a little less commission but they’ll also get you a little less for your property. The systems that Nicole and her team have in place are amazing and you know what’s going on every step of the way. Can’t recommend Nicole and her team highly enough. If you want the best agent in Cairns to sell your property then contact Nicole and her team.

If Nicole Bragg isn't selling your home, you've settled for second best. Selling our house could have been stressful, but not with Nicole. Her industry knowledge was second to none and her enthusiasm for her job was infectious. Nicole was in constant contact with us and she ensured the whole sale process was transparent and carefree from start to finish. Nicole is an amazing agent and we couldn't be happier with her results.

Nicole has an intimate knowledge of the local property market and provided sound strategic advice in order to attain the best possible outcome for the sale of our home.

Nicole was awesome I have no other words. Super professional. Very honest. Thanks for your help with everything even getting the trees cut at the back of the house. Will definitely use Nicole's services again in the future.
