As an interstate purchaser, I am very impressed with the way that Nicole supported me throughout the entire process. I found Nicole to be upfront and honest, which allowed for the development of trust. Nicole made purchasing property in Cairns really easy for me. She also connected me with local legal and trade professionals, which was so helpful for me. I can definitely recommend Nicole Bragg as being the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with!

Nicole is very knowledgeable and very understanding. Help us achieve the price we wanted

Nicole achieved our preferred selling price within a period of two open homes. She had helpful ideas in getting the property ready for sale and very accurate in her assessment of the prevailing market conditions.

This was my first home purchase in Australia. Bragg Real estate assited me with the entire process and made me very comfirtable. I would certainly recommend the agent to my friends circle.

Nicole worked hard to sell our property in a difficult market and was able to attract multiple offers. Communication with Nicole and her Team throughout the sales process was excellent, which was very important to us as interstate owners. We would definitely recommend Bragg Real Estate.

Nicole and her team are very professional, unfortunately we sold below expectations as in $$$ Nicole did her best to get the best result possible, however the market at the time was not in our favour. Our experience with Nicole was great and we would recommend Bragg Real Estate anytime.

Nicole shows true professionalism as real estate agent and will be using her again in the future .

We were so happy with Nicole and her service from the first time we interacted. She is a pleasure to deal with and made the process so easy from our end (exactly what was needed). Through her recommendations and processes we were able to increase the interest to the property (compare to a previous agent's attempt) which was amazing to see. There were a few complications with the property at the end of the sale which Nicole and her team sorted out for us with minimal stress. We will be using Nicole again in the future for sure.

We found Nicole and her team to be professional, well planned and proactive. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bragg Real Estate and would certainly use them again.

I found the process of buying our property with Nicole to be easy and stress free. Her and her staff were always helpful and friendly.

I bought my first home from Nicole. She steped me through the processes and made for a smooth and easy transaction. She also made sure the home I was looking at was well presented and maintained making a clear winner.

During a difficult time Nicole went above and beyond to sell our property. Throughout the process Nicole and her team kept us well informed and were only a phone call away if we needed them. Being new to selling property, some areas were a little foreign, yet Nicole was more than happy to spend the time explaining how the process worked. I could not recommend Nicole Bragg highly enough, she is a very professional and honest agent. If anyone is considering selling or buying a property the team at Bragg realestate should be your first and last stop.
